Columbia Southern University Adds Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology
University Develops Seven New Program Offerings
ORANGE BEACH, Ala. – Columbia Southern University (CSU) continues to create unique educational opportunities with the addition of seven new programs including a master’s degree, three certificates and two concentrations. The new programs include:
- Undergraduate Certificate – Communication
- Graduate Certificate – Psychology
- Postgraduate Certificate – Curriculum and Instruction
- Bachelor of Science – Human Services – Substance Abuse and Addiction
- Bachelor of Science – Military Studies – Space Operations
- Bachelor of Science – Strategic Leadership – Space Operations
- Master of Science – Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Rick Fenwick, Ph.D., academic director of behavioral sciences at CSU, helped develop the master’s program in conjunction with the psychology faculty.
“Our master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology provides students with the opportunity to earn a graduate degree in psychology where students learn advanced theory and principles about training and development,” said Fenwick. “This degree will attract students from business programs who want to pursue specific knowledge pertaining to human behavior in the workplace.”
